  • Payment terms: Interest at 18% per annum shall be applicable on delayed payment.
  • The unit offered for sale will be similar to the sample unit (Except electrical fitting) and not the furnished unit. The furnished unit is meant only to help you visualize look and feel of the unit after furnishing.
  • Possession will be given after 15 days from the date of receipt of complete payment or the schedule possession date, whichever is later.
  • Please note that the possession schedule etc will be maintained only if the work is to be done as per the sample. Any standard optional work will lead to delay and the actual delivery date will be decided on the nature and no of optional items.
  • Stamp duty and registration expenses shall be extra at actual.
  • All the Municipal taxes applicable on the unit from the date of obtaining completion certificate shall be borne by the customer.

  • Clear title, possession in time*, transparent practices and professional management.
  • All plans, information and specifications are subject to change as may be required by the promoters / architect without any prior notice and can not form part of an offer or contract. The actual fixtures, tiles etc. to be used will depend on the availability.
  • Unit land area includes proportional common area.
  • We would also like to mention that considering the nature of civil work, the delivery schedule may vary by couple of months.
  • Any additional payment such as taxes / stamp duty / registration charges / pr other resulting from any change in the laws / policies of Government / Semi-Government bodies shall be born by the customer.
